They are seeking a Summer 2026 Intern in Meshing who will perform software product testing, analyze requirements, and collaborate with developers to ensure software quality. Responsibilities Perform software product testing and investigate possible causes of problems, following established development and testing processes Analyze requirements and develop tests for new features within the appropriate environment Create, update, and modify existing tests as necessary to ensure software quality Conduct functional, application, regression, and performance tests in manual and/or automated test environments Participate in code review and approval processes, collaborating with developers to resolve product defects Detect, document, and report software defects, and work with the team to identify resolutions Skills Currently pursuing a BS or MS in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, Civil, Computer Engineering, or another engineering discipline with a minimum GPA of 3.0 Enrollment in a full-time degree program and intention to return to university after the internship Demonstrated computing skills, including knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and programming/scripting languages Ability to learn quickly, collaborate in geographically distributed teams, and communicate effectively (written and oral) Strong planning, problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach to work Experience with Python, C/C++ programming languages Familiarity with Ansys products and computer-aided software engineering tools Company Overview Synopsys is the leader in engineering solutions from silicon to systems, enabling customers to rapidly innovate AI-powered products.
