Stay updated on all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations and ensure 3M's compliance with them. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of 3M's supply chain to identify any potential sustainability or compliance issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable practices and ensure compliance throughout the supply chain. Provide legal counsel and guidance on supply chain and EHS matters to internal stakeholders, including senior management. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as suppliers and government agencies, to further support 3M's sustainability and compliance efforts. Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to continuously improve 3M's supply chain and EHS processes. Communicate and train employees at all levels on supply chain and EHS policies, procedures, and regulations. Manage and resolve any supply chain and EHS-related legal disputes or issues that may arise. Act as a strong advocate for ethical and responsible business practices within the supply chain and promote a culture of sustainability and compliance throughout the organization. 3M is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
