Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse

If you have a passion for nursing and meet the qualifications listed below, we encourage you to apply. Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the surgical telemetry unit. Utilize expertise in telemetry and surgical care to monitor and assess patient's condition and make appropriate medical interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols. Monitor and maintain patient's vital signs and other physiological parameters. Educate patients and their families on post-operative care and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress. Communicate effectively with physicians, other healthcare team members, and patients to ensure continuity of care. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to improve patient outcomes. Serve as a resource and mentor to other nursing staff. Attend trainings and educational programs to stay updated on advancements in surgical telemetry nursing. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and coworkers. Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice. Continuously evaluate and improve nursing skills and knowledge. Assist with the orientation and training of new staff members. Participate in interdepartmental and hospital committees as needed. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
