The Senior Vice President (SVP), Professional Services – North America is a senior leader responsible for leading Infios’ North American professional services organization for its supply chain execution suite of products, including warehouse and transportation perpetual and SaaS solutions. This role reports directly to EVP of G lobal Solutions and Professional Services. This role leads a large, multi-disciplinary North American services organization, supporting complex enterprise SaaS implementations across multiple industries and client segments. The SVP partners closely with gl obal peers and corporate leaders to align with broader services strategy and standards. What A Day in The Life Looks Like: Strategic Leadership: • Shape and execute the North America professional services strategy in alignment with Infios’ SaaS business goals Service Delivery Excellence: • Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of SaaS implementation, consulting, and optimization across North America . • Establish and monitor KPIs to drive performance, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement Client Engagement and Growth: • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure seamless pre-sales support, delivery execution, and post-implementation outcomes. • Serve as an executive escalation point for key North American clients, supporting retention, expansion, and referenceability . Team Leadership and Development: • Lead, mentor, and grow a diverse team of service professionals • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation Operational & Financial Management: • Oversee North American resource planning, delivery operations, and financial performance, including utilization , margin, and forecast accuracy. • Implement scalable processes and tools to support SaaS delivery and client lifecycle management. • Drive team performance to financial metrics and goals (revenue, margin, utilization , etc.) What You Bring To The Team: • Proven senior leadership experience in professional services within a SaaS or technology organization, ideally with supply chain expertise . • Strong financial acumen with experience managing regional P&L ownership • Proven ability to lead and inspire large, distributed teams, fostering a high-performance culture within a matrixed environment • Demonstrated success in scaling service delivery operations and driving client outcomes in a SaaS environment • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment • Bachelor’s degree required ; advanced degree preferred Preferred Qualifications : • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer success strategies, and cloud-based service delivery • Experience working within a global operating model, partnering with international teams and shared services. Salary range from $290k-300k plus bonus. Most candidates start within this range, dependent on experience, skills and internal parity. #LI-DNI Why join us ?
