Talent Acquisition – People Operations Partner
Job Description: • Lead full cycle recruiting for all roles across the organization, from kickoff to offer. • Build recruiting infrastructure including intake processes, scorecards, interview loops, and talent pipelines. • Own sourcing strategy and proactively engage active and passive candidates. • Manage and streamline ATS workflows, reporting, and data integrity. • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success profiles. • Track recruiting KPIs and deliver weekly hiring reporting and insights to head of people. • Build and maintain a strong employer brand presence across platforms and talent communities. • Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring a seamless employee experience. • Assist with People Ops initiatives including performance cycles, engagement, and employee programs. • Help maintain and update policies, documentation, and SOPs. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to People Operations preferred. • Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple functional areas, ideally in high growth or start up environments. • Strong sourcing capability and familiarity with multiple sourcing channels and tools. • Experience managing and optimizing ATS platforms. • Ability to build structure, processes, and documentation where limited infrastructure exists. • Strong communication, organization and project management skills. • Data driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive insights and decisions. • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work independently while collaborating cross functionally.
