Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist - Remote (Must reside in Miami area)

Responsibilities • Support leadership with the overall talent acquisition efforts to ensure recruiting targets are achieved. • Participate in career and recruitment events including job fairs, conferences and other hiring events as needed. • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and other outreach via print and online media. • Provide consistent delivery of recruitment services that elevates capability and drives accountability for workforce planning. • Utilize the applicant tracking system (Workday) to post open positions both internally and externally. • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources to build and preserve a continually stocked pipeline of talent. • Conduct staffing calls with operations management as needed. Requirements • Associate's degree in Human Resources or a business-related field. • Two (2) or more years of administrative, recruiting or high-volume staffing, customer service, and/or human resource experience. • Knowledge of various recruitment technology platforms and applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred. • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). • Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality related to candidate, associate and client information. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. • Experience in a hospitality services environment.
