Responsibilities • Full-cycle recruitment for roles across various departments and levels, with a preference for experience hiring technical or engineering talent. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure job descriptions and postings reflect the right skills and expectations. • Source and engage qualified candidates through creative channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks. • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit and maintain a strong pipeline of active talent. • Track, update, and report on hiring activity to keep managers and the TA team aligned. • Support the management and optimization of our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate data and smooth workflows. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to explore and test new tools or strategies, including automation and AI enhancements, to streamline workflows and improve process effectiveness. • Represent Trulioo at career fairs and recruitment events, promoting our culture and opportunities to prospective candidates. Requirements • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within an in-house, tech-focused, or high-growth environment. • A solid understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates. • Experience sourcing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and comfort using data for tracking and reporting. • Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities. • A flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset, with a desire to continuously learn and grow within the TA field Benefits • Comprehensive Benefits: We provide a robust benefits package for full-time, permanent employees, including health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans with company match, paid time off, parental leave, and an annual education & training stipend (equivalent to $1,000 in local currency).
