This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Kansas (USA) Talent Acquisition Specialist Healthcare (Short-Term | 1099 Contractor) Location: Remote Duration: Immediate start for 3–6 month assignment Engagement Type: Independent Contractor (1099) Position Summary Family Centers Inc., a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist for a high-priority, short-term assignment to support urgent hiring needs across both clinical and non-clinical roles. This role will manage full life-cycle recruitment and work closely with hiring managers to move searches forward quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Life-Cycle Recruitment & Job Management • Manage full life-cycle recruitment, from intake through offer acceptance, for clinical (medical, dental, behavioral health) and non-clinical positions. • Write, edit, and post job descriptions and job postings to support timely candidate flow. • Consult and partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, priorities, and timelines. • Proactively source candidates, including outreach for hard-to-fill clinical roles. • Review resumes, conduct initial candidate screenings, and assess qualifications. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process for candidates and hiring teams. Recruitment Best Practices & Compliance • Apply recruitment best practices to reduce time-to-fill and improve hiring outcomes. • Ensure recruitment activities comply with EEO, HRSA/FQHC, and internal policies. • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and documentation throughout the recruitment process. Qualifications Required • Proven experience managing full life-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment • Healthcare recruitment experience is required, including substantial experience in behavioral health recruitment • Demonstrated success recruiting both clinical and non-clinical roles, including hard-to-fill positions • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple urgent requisitions • A self-starter with a team-focused attitude, one with excellent problem-solving, judgment and decision-making abilities • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment Preferred • Experience recruiting for clinical roles in an FQHC setting. • Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter About Family Centers: Family Centers is a private, nonprofit organization providing health, education, and human services to children, adults, and families throughout Fairfield County.
