Cancer Research UK is dedicated to beating cancer and is seeking a Talent & Organisational Effectiveness Coordinator to support the development of their teams. In this role, you will coordinate logistics for learning programs and organizational initiatives, manage communications and finances, and ensure a smooth operation within the Talent & Organisational Effectiveness teams. Responsibilities Manage shared inboxes and trackers so communications, actions, and schedules run like clockwork Set up events, manage enrolments, and provide first-line support for queries Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events, from onboarding sessions to leadership programmes Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and track spending, working with Finance to produce simple budget reports Run standard reports and maintain accurate records to keep everything transparent and accessible Liaise with external providers and venues to ensure events meet CRUK's brand, inclusion, and accessibility standards Support internal communications for talent and organisational development, sending timely updates and event reminders Spot opportunities to streamline processes and share tools that make life easier for the team Ensure fairness, accessibility, and confidentiality in everything you do Skills Highly organised and proactive Passionate about creating exceptional learning experiences Experience in using Power BI for reporting Experience with Microsoft PowerAutomate or similar tools Confident communicator who works well with others Experience with learning management systems (LMS) Confident in using productivity tools including MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint, and Sharepoint sites Proven experience in supporting data reporting and dashboard maintenance Applies inclusive and accessible practices in event coordination, communications, and learning setup Maintains accurate records and follows agreed processes Coordinates logistics for virtual and in-person events Adept at processing finance tasks with accuracy Benefits Generous benefits package A wide range of career and personal development opportunities High-quality tools Company Overview Guardian Jobs brings you quality jobs from the best recruiters in the UK and beyond.
