About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Member Relations Analyst to join our Human Resources department on 2nd shift. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in fostering positive team member relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity. Key Responsibilities Advocate for Team Members: Build relationships with team members, resolve problems, and communicate their viewpoints to management. Advocate for Toyota: Ensure consistent policy application, promote continuous improvement, and communicate Toyota's viewpoint to team members. Partner with Section Management: Build relationships with management, understand section business, and develop management staff to ensure positive morale. Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with other HR teams to promote a culture of respect and inclusivity. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Employee/Labor Relations, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience in Team Member Relations, including investigations and employee relations. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to work 2nd shift hours (5:15 PM to 2:00 AM ET) and overtime as needed (approximately 15%, including some Saturdays). Ability to walk 5+ miles daily throughout a large manufacturing facility, with or without reasonable accommodations. Preferred Qualifications Information Systems/Technology education or experience. Experience with one or more of the following systems: Kronos Reporting, Workday, ServiceNow, or Microsoft PowerBI. SHRM Certification. HR experience in a manufacturing environment. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You should be able to build strong relationships with team members and management, and be able to navigate complex employee relations issues. A high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion is also essential.
