The ideal candidate will possess: * A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or an equivalent work experience * At least 6 years of Technical Support engineering and Customer Service experience * Familiarity with major conversational AI platforms, including the creation and deployment of virtual agents * Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Node.js, with a strong focus on debugging and enhancing virtual agents * Experience working with REST APIs, SDKs, and Webhooks to integrate virtual agents with backend services, databases, and third-party systems * Ability to troubleshoot API errors and ensure smooth integration between the virtual agent and external systems (CRM, databases, etc.) * Solid understanding of core web technologies, including HTTP/HTTPS, REST, web socket, and SSL/TLS * Basic understanding of NLP concepts and how virtual agents process language and handle intents, entities, and dialogue management * Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure for deploying virtual agents in scalable, cloud-based environments * Flexibility to work on weekends and EMEA time zones, which may include evening shifts, depending on the specific needs of the business or customers * Strong understanding of Managed Services and ITIL concepts and practices * Project management experience, working within large/enterprise-level and Telco space * Excellent customer-facing skills and a background in consultation * Ability to serve as a technical subject matter expert on blithequark's architecture and collaboration space **Key Responsibilities** As a Technical Consultant - Chatbot Remote (US), you will: * Collaborate closely with one of blithequark's largest customers to ensure their success with blithequark's products and services * Deliver customer satisfaction and happiness through exceptional technical support and consultation * Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions * Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of virtual agents * Troubleshoot API errors and ensure smooth integration between virtual agents and external systems * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in conversational AI, NLP, and cloud platforms * Participate in project management and contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
