As a key member of our Customer Success team, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering profitable customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. About the Role As a Technical Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with leaders at our Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts. Your technical expertise and business acumen will enable you to understand the customers' needs, identify opportunities for growth, and provide strategic guidance on how to maximize the value of our solution. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned customer accounts, understanding their business objectives and challenges. Conduct regular business reviews, providing strategic guidance and recommendations to customers on how to optimize their use of blithequark's solution. Identify opportunities to deepen and expand customer relationships, driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product, and Support teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business outcomes. Provide detailed feedback from customers to internal partners, informing product development and driving initiatives forward. Develop and execute customized success plans for assigned customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes with blithequark's solution. Monitor customer health, proactively addressing concerns and resolving issues to prevent churn. Represent blithequark at a senior level to merchants, showcasing our value proposition and building trust. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Strong technical understanding of software applications and infrastructure, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent business acumen, with the ability to understand customer business objectives and challenges. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level stakeholders. A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in the financial services or fintech industries. Knowledge of payment processing and financing solutions. Certifications in Customer Success, such as CSM or CSMP. Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce. A master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
