Our teams are hands-on pragmatic and accountable for outcomes not just plans About the Role We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Data, Marketing, and Analytics initiatives within enterprise client environments. This is a highly client-facing role that requires resilience strong judgment and the ability to lead delivery in challenging situations. This role goes beyond traditional project management. At Solvenna, Technical Project Managers are expected to understand how solutions work and why decisions matter. While your primary responsibility is project management you will actively contribute to delivery discussions and decision-making Key Responsibilities • Program Planning and Execution • Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for large-scale, cross-functional technical programs • Lead the delivery of initiatives across Data, Marketing, and Analytics coordinating internal teams client stakeholders and external partners • Drive cross-team coordination and dependency management to keep projects on track • Participate in solution discussions, helping clarify requirements and ensuring teams understand both what is being delivered and why • Proactively identify delivery risks gaps and misalignment and drive mitigation efforts • Act as the primary point of contact for program status, translating complex technical information into clear, concise updates for executive, business, and engineering audiences. • Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early in the development cycle, developing effective mitigation and contingency plans. • Champion operational excellence and the adoption of best practices (e.g., runbooks, monitoring, automated testing) across platform teams. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager managing complex software and/or infrastructure projects. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex technical issues for executive review and technical deep-dives. • Proven ability to drive projects independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable working in challenging client environments with ambiguity pressure and strong stakeholder opinions • Strong communication skills able to facilitate decisions challenge assumptions and maintain credibility with technical and business audiences • Highly organized detail-oriented and delivery-focused • Familiarity with modern Data, Marketing, and Analytics platforms such as CDP's, marketing automation, analytics and BI tools is strongly preferred Apply tot his job
