The projects may range from large to small and could include IT projects or Business-related projects. You will facilitate meetings, manage resources, communicate with stakeholders to deliver objectives according to the timeline. You will collaborate with the leadership team, project team members, and other GreenPath employees to ensure project initiatives are properly defined, documented, and executed while delivering the expected project results. You Have: • 3-5 years of Project Management experience with two or more multi-month projects in IT like software development, IT Operations or Data/Business Intelligence projects.. • Current Project Management certification or near future plans to pursue certification is preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably relevant to the Business or IT fields • Proven track record of successfully implementing projects and change within the organization. • Ability to work independently as well as with a cross functional team. • Demonstrated influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills. • Comfortable with potentially changing priorities. • Good interpersonal and communication skills with project teams, management, and other employees. • Experience working Agile methodologies preferred. • An understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Demonstrated confidence when coaching and influencing all levels of the organization. • Experience working in multicultural environments. • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills • Experience working with hybrid teams including vendor and in house development teams as well as offshore development teams. • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Azure Dev Ops, and MS Teams. The Day to Day: • Collaborate with the PMO manager to create and implement a standardized project reporting format. Utilize consistent project management methodologies and procedures. • Conduct project meetings and develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. • Maintain project plans, resource activity, and overall project status for assigned projects. • Ensure projects are completed timely and within boundaries of agreed upon cost and resources. • Collaborate with all project team members and stakeholders in order to achieve outcomes, deliverables, and meet deadlines. • Manage multiple projects concurrently- this will depend on the size and scope of the projects assigned. • Assemble project teams, in coordination with the functional department heads, and lead core team meetings to drive specific tasks in order to achieve project goals. • Facilitate meetings, both small and large, to foster collaboration and achieve key results. • Coordinate and report on project status of current projects- present status and updates to key stakeholders. • Develop strategies to mitigate potential issues and risks as well as capitalize on opportunities • Research and develop tools to facilitate project management, issue resolution, prioritization, tracking, and reporting. • Act as the Scrum Master when needed for the projects/workstreams, and coordinate across cross-functional project resources, ensuring all steps in agile methodology are executed, • Coach and mentor individuals on the project teams and provide feedback on performance to their Supervisors/Managers. • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to support change management activities and to ensure company- wide communications regarding projects are timely and clear. • Other ad hoc duties as requested by management.
