Job title: Technical SEO Specialist Company: MHP/Team SI Family of Companies Job description: MHP/Team SI is seeking a Technical Search Engine Optimization Specialist with at least one year of experience to become an integral part of our team. You will be a key member in developing and executing strategic SEO strategies for our clients. Ideal candidates will love to work in a collaborative team environment, strive to help clients succeed in meeting their business goals, nimbly manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented digital advertising agency environment. You must be interested in spreadsheets, content, Google Analytics, website development and search engine algorithms to apply. If you love data, you will love working here! You do not have to know everything when you start, but if you have the passion to LEARN, you will succeed. Responsibilities: • Research and implement SEO recommendations for website architecture, content, internal linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords and online visibility. • Implement ongoing SEO efforts, including but not limited to: keyword research, on-page optimizations (including keyword insertion/deletion, metadata, etc.), landing page optimization, and conversion optimization. • Collaborate with clients and agency internal resources to create, implement, QA, measure, and iterate ongoing SEO strategies. • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data and reports. • Understand how to maximize crawl budget, remedy site performance issues, and implement/troubleshoot structured data using various tools and technology. • Uncover, understand, and achieve client goals and business objectives through campaign customization. • Recommend and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals. • Ensure that all client deliverables include actionable insights and analysis of past results, performance trends, relevant industry best practices, recommendations, and next steps. • Manage service line client relationships through an open-door policy, which includes regular phone conversations and virtual meetings. • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media, and internet marketing industry trends and developments. • Work with the client's website developer to implement analytics code, metadata, tracking pixels, and work out tracking and other technical issues. Qualifications: • 1-year of keyword placement to drive SEO results • Knowledge of Google Analytics and oversee analytics implementations • Able to run a technical audit and can diagnose issues and prioritize fixes • Able to run a content audit and understands how content and keywords interact • Can provide recommendations for basic link building tactics like broken links • Understands how different marketing channels interact with each other including paid search, social media, paid digital media and others • Basic understanding of html and javascript • A problem solver who is always looking for new ways to say yes to resolve issues • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Can present to clients confidently and clearly communicating technical information to non-technical audiences • Can train others in process and basic skills and delegate tasks to junior team members PI195512488 Expected salary: $45000 - 55000 per year Location: Little Rock, AR Job date: Mon, 31 Oct 2022 05:10:03 GMT Apply for the job now!
