What you will be doing: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer tickets / escalations, ensuring the ITSM tool is consistently updated. Ensure business operational activities are completed in line with customer contracts and internal service-level agreements (SLAs). Proactively follow up on support issues, liaising with the development team and delivering product fixes according to internal procedures. Maintain a good understanding of the delivered solution. Work in different business time zones and be available for on-call support 24/7. What our client is looking for: Knowledge of the telecom network environment Proven experience in documenting support plans, strategies, and cases for a complex system. Strong experience with at least one scripting language (Shell, Python, Perl) and a solid working knowledge of SQL/No-SQL databases. Working knowledge of Unix and various application configurations, with a focus on production support. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels. Able to work effectively both independently and as a self-sufficient team member.
