Technology Support Associate

As a Technology Support Associate, you will provide virtual and on-site technology support, manage IT assets, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance technology solutions for stakeholders. Responsibilities Provide virtual and on-siteTechnology Support for selected branches across the Farm Credit East territory that enables staff in those locations to operate more effectively Engages third party support as needed and works collaboratively with third party application support manager and other Technology Support Associate(s) Maintains designated assigned branch technology infrastructure while working collaboratively with stategic vendors Monitors Marketplace Locations for ongoing technical issues and escalates or resolves as needed Provides onsite support to staff in designated marketplace locations in collaboration with other team members Provide technical, hardware, and third-party application support through our ticketing system ServiceNow Maintain hardware and software inventory for designated Marketplaces Manages the deployment and retirement of new and existing IT Assets Manages branch location IT vendors and works with local staff to resolve issues while maintaining relationships with vendors for continuity purposes Manages on-site physical security system in collaboration with third party vendors, ACA security staff, and ACA facilities staff Ensures that new employee onboarding is efficient from a technology standpoint and works with new staff to ensure the experience is best in class Provides third party application support in conjunction with our strategic technology provider Financial Partners Inc Updates the ACA and Marketplace Business Continuity Plan collaboratively with the Business Continuity Manager Works with strategic partners to test and implement improvements to FCE Windows platform inclusive of working collaboratively on telephony Supports external auditor technology needs for marketplace location Work collaboratively with our internal financial services team to evaluate technology solutions under consideration Critical to the technology function and success of our staff is clear, concise, and useful verbal and written communication to Association management, staff, and external parties The incumbent is expected to contribute to a team atmosphere This includes establishing a good working rapport with Association personnel, and promoting a partnership type relationship between credit, financial services, technology vendors, and other external stakeholders Provide outstanding customer service (both internal and external) and deliver exceptional customer experience and value by setting, communicating and meeting customer expectations Demonstrate a strong community commitment and professional presence that contributes to the overall positive image of the ACA Act in a forthright and ethical manner, display a positive attitude and contribute positively to the overall morale of the team and association Assist other team members and contribute to training Conduct and complete all other duties (as assigned) in a timely and effective manner The technology/product coordinator will be actively involved in various project teams providing subject matter expertise to move the projects forward This position may have opportunities to be assigned to various Association working committees Be actively involved in assigned committees assuring that involvement adds value to the technology team and Association Skills This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field with solid understanding of computer and business process skills specific to a financial institution, such as Intune, ServiceNow, RingCentral Benefits Short-Term Incentive to reward business results 401k match up to 6% of salary; or for those unable to take full advantage of the 401(k) match, verified student loan payments may qualify for an employer match in your 401(k) up to 6% of salary Defined Contribution retirement plan funded at 2-9% of salary depending on years of service 15-25 days of vacation leave per year, depending on years of service 12 days of holiday leave per year 7.5 days of sick leave in your first year, followed by 12 days of sick leave per year thereafter; unlimited rollover of unused sick leave year to year Paid Parental Leave: Up to 80 hours of paid leave for birthing, non-birthing, and adoptive parents Family Care Leave: Additional leave options available under FMLA and company policy Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, including preventive care and wellness programs to support your overall health and well-being Health Savings Account Life insurance at 2x base pay Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance at 2x base pay Long-term disability insurance at 2/3 base pay Tuition reimbursement Continuing education and training Employee Assistance Program offering a wide variety of tools and resources Company Overview Farm Credit East provides a full range of credit and financial services to more than 18,000 customers in our eight-state territory: Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
