The Territory Executive will introduce and support RBH products within assigned accounts, manage coverage and compliance, and build relationships to grow market share. Responsibilities Introducing and supporting RBH products and services in all assigned accounts within the defined territory Responsible for managing and executing all assigned coverage, Call to Action activities, and compliance in Independent/Chain agreements, managing an assigned territory budget with set parameters Work on the expansion of RBH Inc.’s smoke-free product portfolio through direct communication with owners/managers and front-line staff to create awareness of our Smoke Free Vision Leverage your relationships within your assigned stores to build a successful referral network, which will result in face-to-face product education meetings with Legal Aged Smokers who have expressed an interest in learning more about RBH smoke-free product Skills 1-5 years of experience in sales Previous CPG experience Willingness to travel 40% Knowledge of office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint Dynamic and energetic individual who is self-motivated and can work with little supervision Highly organized, analytical, and great at building and sustaining relationships University degree or a College Diploma in Business or a related field A clean driver's abstract is required, as a company vehicle will be provided Knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset Benefits Flexible work schedules (where applicable) Health and wellness programs Attractive benefits options Company Overview Philip Morris International is a tobacco company that sells and manufactures cigarettes.
