Manage user permissions, roles, and access levels to align with job requirements. • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly importing, exporting, and cleansing data. Manage data security and sharing settings. • Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet specific business needs. Develop custom objects, fields, formulas, page layouts, record types, and workflows. • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for users and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for user issues. • Qualifications: • BA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator. • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work independently and remotely. • Fluent in English with professional communication skills. • Willingness to work in the US time zone (PST).
