Total Rewards Specialist II, Payroll

They are hiring a Total Rewards Specialist to support payroll administration, tax compliance, and general Total Rewards programs, requiring adaptability and a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities Complete bi-weekly payrolls and support all day-to-day payroll functions for our U.S. employees Complete weekly expense report auditing and payment processing for U.S. employees Assist in processing payroll integrations for our Canada and India employees Maintain and manage employee information in the HRIS/Payroll systems Maintain and manage tax notifications and filings with third party vendor Assist with quarterly and year-end reconciliations and W-2 processing Streamline processes and procedures as necessary within the payroll function Assist with benefits, unemployment, and other employee programs as needed Assist with HRIS systems, compensation tasks and HRIS/Payroll reporting as needed Research and resolve employee HR and Payroll inquiries in a clear, concise, and timely manner Other duties as assigned Skills Minimum 1 years of Payroll experience Strong computer skills – especially Microsoft products Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Desire to learn and grow a career in Payroll Workday experience preferred Concur expense software experience a plus preferred Company Overview Vertafore offers software and essential information to address business challenges within the insurance industry.
