Track and Trace Analyst

Burlington Stores, Inc. is one of the largest off-price retailers in the nation, seeking a Logistics Track and Trace Analyst. This role is vital for ensuring timely and compliant inbound shipments, managing purchase orders, and collaborating with vendor and merchant partners to enhance shipping performance. Responsibilities Responsible for the track and trace of inbound freight shipments from multiple vendor distribution centers to Burlington’s DC campuses Effectively analyzes reporting for top and trouble vendors and provides recommendations to merchant partners Responsible for providing accurate PO statuses and comments in both daily and weekly reports Analyze & monitor vendor performance on a regular basis. Ability to identify low performing vendors and create strategic action plans to improve overall shipping performance Demonstrate forward thinking and proactively generate ideas and suggest solutions to address potential issues Create and evaluate monthly/quarterly hindsight reporting to identify areas of opportunity for improvement Focus on building strong relationships with merchants by maintaining a reputation of credibility and responsiveness to others Assist merchants by providing support and analysis as needed regarding the location of their merchandise Build partnerships with vendors, domestic carriers, and various internal partners to ensure timely pick up & deliveries Facilitate internal and external meetings,in person and virtually,to review any issues or concerns, andcoordinatetimely shipments Positively acts on feedback and embraces change Approach challenges as opportunities and resolve in a positive manner Communicate respectfully and professionally, both internally and externally, fostering a positive work environment Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills Effectively runs buyer meetings with clarity and confidence Consistently demonstrate active listening skills and respond appropriately Ability to effectively run internal and external partner meetings independently, adapting to different audiences and situations Demonstratesability to grasp concepts and ask questions, provide point of view.
