Trademark Attorney
We’re looking for an experienced trademark attorney or trademark specialist to assist with responding to a USPTO Office Action. We recently received a preliminary refusal based on likelihood of confusion due to name similarity. However, the cited mark operates under a completely different business model, industry use, and market application, and we believe the refusal can be successfully challenged with a proper legal response.
