Traffic Monitoring Specialist / Dispatcher / Call Center
About the position Responsibilities Update and respond to scheduled and unscheduled traffic events and congestion using various monitoring devices. Act as an emergency dispatcher within a call center environment, dispatching responders via a two-way radio system. Perform data entry functions accurately and efficiently. Fluently work in multiple PC applications simultaneously. Prioritize multiple tasks in real-time, especially in serious situations. Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms to document and relay information. Perform critical thinking functions and assessments to make informed decisions. Requirements High School diploma with no prior experience required. Background and drug/alcohol screening required. Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 operation, including outside standard business hours. Nice-to-haves 2 or more years of experience in surveillance and/or CCTV monitoring. Strong attention to detail.
