Uses instructional design methodology to develop training, job aids, and other learning materials. Collaborates with members of Learning Services and divisional HR managers to develop, implement, and monitor learning solutions. Serves as trainer and program coach for mentor program. Solicits feedback on the effectiveness of training programs and implements appropriate changes. May help coordinate scheduling of training classes and instructors. Performs related responsibilities as required. Requirements • A bachelor's degree in education, human resource development, communications or a related field. • Three years of professional training or teaching experience. • Strong time management skills.
