About Google Operations Center Google Operations Center is a critical component of Google's ecosystem, providing support to users and customers worldwide. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences, and we're looking for a skilled Training Delivery Specialist to join our ranks. You'll play a vital role in establishing and managing relationships between key internal customers, clients, and other stakeholders, ensuring seamless product knowledge management and training delivery. Key Responsibilities Deliver Product and Process Training: Provide onboarding, refresher training, and regular Product Knowledge Tests (PKTs) to ensure that internal and external stakeholders have the necessary knowledge to excel in their roles. Floor Refresher Training: Conduct training sessions as needed, aligned with the Training Needs Identification (TNI) process, across all MarTech workflows. Knowledge Capture and Transfer: Facilitate knowledge capture and transfer during expansion and new product launches, ensuring that critical information is shared and retained. Training Needs Assessment: Identify relevant training needs for individuals and workflows in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems. Employee Development: Monitor, measure, and report on employees' training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales. Knowledge Management: Develop and retain knowledge in relevant fields, ensuring that current knowledge is updated regularly through huddles, monitoring, and other methods. Collaboration and Communication: Interact with training vendors, attend related training conferences and seminars, and ensure that accurate and detailed project plans are implemented. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in media activation, ad operations, or a similar role, with a strong understanding of digital media platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and ad serving technologies like Double-click. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills with strong verbal and written English language skills. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Media Analytics: Proficient in media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager. Preferred Qualifications: Marketing Automation: Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation and Email Marketing tools such as MailChimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc., preferably with certification on any of these tools. Front-End Development: Practical experience with HTML, CSS, Front Development tools such as React, Angular, etc. Instructional Design: Certificate in Instructional Design. Knowledge Management: Demonstrated understanding of knowledge management principles. Leadership Experience: Experience leading large projects, multiple teams, and complex systems.
