Job Summary As a Transportation Representative - Inbound Operations at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in facilitating the flow of information between different stakeholders, including warehouses, category teams, and carriers. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve potential issues that may impact customer experience and business continuity. You will work across inbound operations, focusing on vendor/carrier/FC relationships, planning freight for delivery, and addressing any issues that may arise during the lifecycle of forecasting to actual delivery. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely resolution to issues by researching and querying internal tools and making real-time decisions Analyze data and notice trends to drive customer experience without compromising on time Communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders, including customers, warehouses, category teams, and carriers Understand and articulate customer requirements, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide updates to stakeholders as needed Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement changes to improve processes and procedures Essential Qualifications: Education: Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present Ability to concentrate - follow customers' issues without distraction to resolution Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, internet browser, and excellent typing skills Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites and proficient knowledge of email applications Preferred Qualifications: Education: Graduation in a related field, such as logistics or supply chain management Skills: Experience in logistics or transportation industry Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software Certifications in logistics or transportation, such as Certified Transportation Broker (CTB) or Certified Logistics Professional (CLP) Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
