• *Government Project - Applicant must be located in the U.S. ** Baer is looking for a Tricentis NeoLoad Performance & Automation Engineer (SAP S/4HANA) for a 6-month Government Project. Title: Tricentis NeoLoad Performance & Automation Engineer (SAP S/4HANA) Location: Remote (Minimal travel to Harrisburg, PA may be required) Duration: 6 months Rate: Hourly Plus Client Approved Travel Expenses Reimbursed Alignment: W2 only (C2C or Vendors Not Permitted) Description: • Design and implement end-to-end performance testing strategies for SAP S/4HANA systems and integrated applications. • Develop, parameterize, and validate NeoLoad performance test scripts for web, API, and SAP GUI applications. • Lead execution of performance test cycles including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing. • Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, determine root causes, and recommend system optimizations. • Design, execute, and maintain automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca across SAP and non-SAP applications. • Integrate NeoLoad and Tosca into CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similar. • Collaborate closely with SAP functional, BASIS, infrastructure, and third-party integration teams to resolve performance issues. • Provide clear documentation, dashboards, and executive-level reporting on test results and system health. • Participate in project meetings, contribute to performance governance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing using Tricentis NeoLoad, preferably on large ERP or SAP S/4HANA programs. • Strong experience with Tricentis Tosca for test automation (design, execution, and maintenance) required. • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA performance testing, including understanding of SAP business processes and system bottlenecks. • Experience testing web, API, and SAP GUI applications. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations. • Experience integrating automated and performance testing into CI/CD environments. • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with SAP Fiori, OData services, and complex system integrations • Prior consulting or large enterprise program experience Company Overview: Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
