UI/UX Designer (Product Designer)

Join us and help redefine the future of healthcare. The Role: We are actively looking for a full-time Full Stack Developer. Please note that this is a full-time, in-person role based in New York, NY. If you are interested in remote or hybrid opportunities, this position may not be suitable for you. What You'll Do: • Complete end-to-end UX and UI designs in collaboration with our Founder, who serves as the product lead. • Work with engineering to implement designs; participate in QA to ensure that designs are working in staging and production. • Brainstorm ads concepts and create them then get feedback on performance that empowers you to iterate and build even more effective ads. • Design emails and help guide the company as we build our brand and visual guidelines. • Collaborate with marketing on designs in Webflow and Unbounce for landing pages and website design. Requirements • 1+ years of experience with product design; experience with graphic design and video production preferred. • Strong work ethic and can do attitude. • Expertise with Figma. • Mix of creativity and ability to implement evaluating tradeoffs between quality and speed. • Collaborative mindset. • Self-motivation and a willingness to work with minor supervision. • A desire to be part of a fast-paced startup with high growth potential.
