Role: Scrum Master/PM Work location: Remote Exp: 9+ Responsibilities Manage each project's scope and timeline Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups Coach team members in Agile frameworks Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration Be the point of contact for communications with various project stakeholders Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur Help teams implement changes effectively Create and Manage Jira Board /Confluence Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it. Publish weekly reports with the Stakeholders as per the defined templates and practices Participate in Hackathon and document findings / discussions summary and share with all stakeholders Requirement And Skills Payments background mandatory Experience in a scrum master role mandatory Experience in managing multiple SCRUM /Kanban projects Hands on experience with creating Project plan using Microsoft Project Banking Experience (Commercial Lending Experience Preferred) Mandatory Familiarity with software development lifecycle Familiar with Data Base Management Systems /ETL Development Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement) Good knowledge of Agile frameworks Excellent communication and servant leadership skills Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar field Scrum master certification or PMP certification is mandatory AWS knowledge highly recommended Apply tot his job
