Job Summary As an Account Manager Relief, you will serve as the primary Coca-Cola contact for large and small store managers or store owners within your assigned sales territory. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong customer relationships, drive sales growth, and expand our product offerings. You will be responsible for executing sales calls, managing inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with company merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities Sales Excellence: Execute and close all sales calls, selling incremental displays, equipment placements, and promotional programs while ensuring dealer compliance. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensure timely ordering and delivery of products, and manage company assets and point-of-sale materials. Merchandising and Displays: Ensure accounts meet company merchandising standards, build and change product displays, and maintain product signage. Communication and Reporting: Communicate account activities to relevant parties, provide sales updates, and submit reports as required. Customer Service: Act as an ambassador for the company, providing exceptional customer service to consumers and store personnel. Physical Demands: Periodic lifting of 50+ pounds, bending, reaching, and kneeling may be required. Qualifications and Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 1+ year of general work experience; 1+ year of previous sales experience preferred. Industry Experience: Food and beverage industry experience is a plus. Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills. Excellent planning and organization skills. Proficient computer application skills. Ability to create and conduct sales presentations. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
