Summary of This Role As a High Volume Call Center Representative - Remote, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with our service standards. You'll receive and/or place telephone calls, answer customer questions, and respond to their needs and concerns. You'll also maintain detailed knowledge of our products and services, analyze customer service needs, and communicate with our technical and service departments as needed.
