Customer Data Management: Ensure accurate and timely entry of customer data into our systems, including Boat Cloud and QuickBooks, while adhering to company procedures. Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvements. Technical Skills: Utilize technology and software applications to efficiently manage customer interactions, data entry, and administrative tasks. Performance and Quality: Meet deadlines, maintain focus on details, and strive for continuous improvement in customer service delivery and administrative tasks. Essential Qualifications Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or customer-focused roles. Administrative Experience: At least 2 years of clerical and data entry experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic knowledge of bookkeeping practices, and experience with technology and software applications. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding customer service and communication abilities, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with General Safety Practices: Some familiarity with general safety practices in industrial environments or equivalent settings. Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new and existing company protocols. Typing Skills: Fast and precise typing skills, with high attention to detail and thoroughness.
