Role Description This role involves leading the UX strategy and managing a high-performing UX team to enhance member experience. Define and drive UX strategy Manage UX team capacity, prioritizing projects to align with critical initiatives Guide and mentor UX team on best practices and emerging trends Monitor and share the impact of UX efforts on the member experience Build and streamline UX research processes Plan and conduct design sprints and workshops in collaboration with Consumer Experience and Digital Design teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class user experience Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required 7 years of experience in strategic planning for digital experiences with demonstrated skills in relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution 5 years of experience in digital design research, usability, and accessibility 5 years of leadership experience managing multiple, cross-functional teams 1 year of experience driving complex projects from start to finish 1 year of experience in project management, statistical analysis, and continuous improvement methods Requirements Ability to quickly take complex technical subjects and distill them into user-friendly presentations and digital communications Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or function in a team environment sharing responsibility, roles, and accountability Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Must be a team player, be organized, and have the ability to handle multiple projects Excellent oral and written communication skills Benefits Opportunity to shape digital UX vision while partnering with strategy, product, and development teams Mentorship of a high-performing UX team Application of design thinking to uncover opportunities Translation of research insights into meaningful outcomes
