UX CX Research Specialist

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Christmas Island, Minnesota (USA) Genesis10 is currently seeking a UX CX Research Specialist with our client, located in St. Paul, MN. This is a 2-month contract with a likely extension. This position is 100% remote. Compensation: $65-$72 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Job Description: Our client is doing a complete redesign and re-platform of their website to a more modern technology, and they would like to do some focused CX research before bringing in a vendor to execute a full site design/build. Primary duties: • Identify key stakeholders – Who are the key people most invested in the MMB website and its content • Develop customer personas to understand the audience – Who will use the site and what do they need from it? • Develop a product value proposition and value stream map to clarify business objectives – Why is the site being built? What problems should it solve? • Develop and conduct a customer engagement research campaign to solicit feedback on the current website and potential future state, including stakeholder interviews & workshops – to gather vision, pain points, accessibility needs, and priorities. • Present key findings and short-term recommendations for consideration in designing a new website – What features, functionality, and content are required Required Skills/Experience • Experience with public website information delivery research • Experience with public website design • Experience with utilizing AI in public website implementations • Proven experience in UX/CX research, including usability testing, interviews, and survey design. • Proficiency with research tools and methodologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
