Position Overview At Rectangle Health , we’re modernizing how healthcare practices engage with their patients and manage their businesses. As a key part of our Product team, you’ll help design intuitive, effective tools that simplify complex workflows for front-office staff and administrators at healthcare practices across the country. We’re looking for a UX Designer with a strong foundation in user-centered design, experience shaping enterprise B2B software, and the scrappy, collaborative spirit of someone who’s worked in startup environments. You bring empathy, curiosity, and a sharp design sensibility to every stage of the product development lifecycle—and you’re excited about how AI is shaping the future of design. Work with our UX researcher to leverage user research and synthesize findings into clear design insights and actionable recommendations. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect a deep understanding of user needs and behavioral science. Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows—whether for ideation, rapid prototyping, or content generation. Utilize and refine our design system that can scale across products. Use quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate the effectiveness of designs and make informed decisions. Advocate for the user at every turn while balancing business goals and technical constraints. Contribute to a growing design culture that values experimentation, storytelling, and cross-functional learning.
