It encompasses two activities: • The distribution activities in France for Natixis IM's asset management offering; • A platform of centers of expertise (support functions) serving the distribution activities and affiliates. Net asset value as of June 30, 2025. You will fill a role within the Finance department at the holding company level of a multi-boutique asset management firm. You will work on multiple financial reporting and accounting tasks in a deadline driven environment. Time will be spent working on the monthly/quarterly close, forecast and budget process requiring a solid understanding of accounting and financial statements. Additionally, you will assist with the management reporting process, leveraging strong analytical and communication skills. It is expected that the individual will learn and become proficient in SAP financial consolidation financial consolidation software, which is used across the organization. The work will be performed independently and as part of an international team. It is important that you are a team player and willing to learn and adapt to new processes across a global landscape. Responsibilities: • Assisting the preparation of the reporting process (close or forecast) in SAP Financial Consolidation software; • Contribute to the various projects in progress within the Finance department, such as assisting in implementing a new reporting policy, creating new Excel models, testing and contributing to the implementation of OneStream application; • Contribute to the intercompany reconciliation process, perform account checks and run controls to ensure accurate financial information upload from affiliates; • Create, update and maintain excel files with the SAP add-in used to support analytics for management reporting, develop and test new excel reporting using OneStream add-in excel; • Carry out an analytical review of the financial results, assets under management and staffing levels by means of variances analysis against previous years, forecasts and plan figures; • Assist in the preparation of executive level PowerPoint presentations, including monthly flash reports, business review and Board Presentations; • Track deliverables from affiliates and maintain an organized database of information.
