This position is also also eligible to participate in our annual corporate Success Sharing bonus program, which is based on the company’s annual performance. If you are hired at Vituity, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required. • 1-6 years of relevant professional experience in the startup operations, sales. go-to-market,product, chief of staff, rolesmanagement consulting, banking, venture, or startup accelerators required. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with precision and follow-through. • Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills; ability to design and optimize internal workflows. • Attention to detail combined with the ability to zoom out to see the broader strategic picture. • Natural connector who enjoys cultivating community and building long-term relationships. • Strong written communication skills; able to draft content, newsletters, and thought leadership materials. • Comfortable representing the firm externally at events, conferences, and ecosystem gatherings. • Creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving environment. • Collaborative team player with a low ego and a high sense of ownership. • Passion for building systems, communities, and brands from the ground up. Nice-to-haves • 2+ years of experience in startups, venture capital, healthcare innovation, or operating roles preferred. • Former entrepreneur or strong relevant venture/founder/operator network preferred. • Experience managing or contributing to events, partnerships, or community programs preferred. • Proficiency with modern productivity and AI tools for research, operations, and communication preferred. • Experience using tools like Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, and vibecoding/trialing new AI productivity platforms to automate and scale work.
