ProSearch is proud to collaborate with this globally respected leader in veterinary diagnostics to connect passionate vet techs with an opportunity to leverage their clinical expertise and technical acumen in a critical support capacity.Vet Tech Product Specialist• Full time, 40 hrs./week• Temporary• $19.50/hour• Benefits availableWhat You’ll Be Doing• Support veterinary teams by incoming phone calls, email, and chat to resolve questions and technical issues related to diagnostic equipment.• Walk veterinary teams through analyzer troubleshooting, setup, and software integration, all with empathy and professionalism.• Coordinate with internal teams during equipment installations or escalations.• Use internal systems and product documentation to identify solutions in real time.• Play a key role in keeping animal patients healthy by ensuring accurate test results reach vets on time.What Makes You a Great Fit• You enjoy technology and have a knack for learning new systems (bonus if you’ve supported lab equipment or animal diagnostic tools).• You're confident using computers and navigating software systems (Microsoft Office, Teams, etc.).• You’re a strong communicator who can explain technical solutions clearly and calmly.• You're reliable, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.• You’re energized by helping others and love solving problems that make a real-world impact.Preferred Background• Experience in veterinary clinics, animal diagnostics, or tech support roles.• Education in Veterinary Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields is a plus.• Familiarity with lab equipment (ProCyte, Catalyst, inVue Dx, etc.) is a strong advantage.• An associate or bachelor’s degree in a computer-related discipline or scientific (Biology/Chemistry/etc.) discipline is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.This is a unique opportunity to apply your veterinary or animal diagnostics expertise in a new way, grow your technical skill set, and make a real difference in the lives of pets and their care teams, all while working remotely. !
