Here at Veterinarian Recommended Solutions , we are looking for a motivated, ambitious individual to join the VRS team as a Customer Service Representative professional who will be responsible for educating and promoting VRS products via the telephone to a lead-generated customer base. You will be responsible for making inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding products and services as well as provide general information regarding questions or issues. As a customer service representative, you will serve our customers by acting as the voice of our brand, caring for our customers, managing scheduled home deliveries, and troubleshooting problems. We are looking for an individual that: Is committed to details that result in exceptional service Can demonstrate empathy and patience with difficult callers Has a friendly and reassuring phone presence Is passionate about customers' needs and providing resolution Can adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs Is passionate about customer's need for convenience and reliability Can be self-sufficient and autonomous in a remote and office setting Is adept at multitasking, including the ability to navigate online resources, change course with troubleshooting, and effectively communicate with callers Responsibilities • Deliver excellent customer service on the telephone to all inbound and outbound veterinary product callers. • Answer customer inquiries and provide information about VRS products as recommended by the pet veterinary care provider. • Perform general data entry as necessary. • Focus on retention of current customers by providing courteous and knowledgeable information regarding billing and following up on any questions. • Display professional, courteous, and efficient communication through both inbound and outbound sources, including face-to-face, telephone, and email.
