Ready to make a difference?This role will be responsible for the planning and execution of programmatic campaigns for the Government Programs Employer and Individual line of business. Working closely with internal partners, this role will execute the approved strategy, campaign set up, campaign optimization and reporting of B2B and B2C digital marketing campaigns.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Assist digital team members with the development of display campaign strategyManage daily campaign optimization, testing, tracking and performance measurementManagement of programs to ensure campaigns are optimally structured, setup, trafficked and are tracking correctlyOversee creative development and approval processDevelop and present reporting and key insights on campaign performanceEvaluate and improve internal display processes to support strategic planning and implementation (e.g. cost files, reporting set up, partner billing and audience setup)You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on programmatic/direct partner experience on either client, agency, agency trading desk or programmatic technology teams1+ years of experience running B2B targeted digital media campaignsAdvanced understanding of digital tactics and measurement is a must - specializing in display, video, CTV, and native advertising utilizing both 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data sourcesAdvanced understanding of tracking and optimization strategiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience either client or agency side running complex digital display programs for financial services, insurance or technology productsExperience across multiple DSPs, DMPs, ad serving and brand safety platformsExperience managing a team of marketing professionals towards a driven goalExperience with DOMO or Tableau visualization and reporting toolsExperience with Adobe AnalyticsExperience with LiveRamp (or other audience data platforms)Understanding of digital direct-response marketing tactics and best practicesAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsPassion for digital marketing with an understanding of the complexity of the digital advertising landscapeConstantly learning about the ever-changing digital ecosystem - with a willingness to test new tools and technologiesDemonstrated ability to work within tight time constraints, providing near real-time insights to team members to ensure targets are achievedProven highly analytical with advanced problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detailProven passionate about results, achieving goals and communicating successesAll employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
