Virtual Assistant for Property owner & Airbnb host Looking for a Rockstar VA to manage to-do list, tasks, issues, scheduling, cleanings etc virtually to take my mind off of Managing Short-Term Rentals + Property Operations Are you a detail-loving, systems-savvy virtual assistant who thrives on staying organized and keeping systems and processes in place? Looking for a proactive, tech-smart VA to help me to manage the day-to-day operations of my 3 properties and 2 short term rentals for Airbnb business. What You’ll Be Doing: • Communicating with Airbnb guests on any questions and issues (check-ins, check-outs, FAQs) • Working with my in person property manager, DQ, who does all on-site maintenance, manages and books cleaners and handles any in person issues across multiple properties • Keeping calendars and booking platforms up to date (Airbnb, Uplisting is our current booking management platform, we do not use a pricing optimizer) • Managing inbox and guest reviews with professionalism and personality • Implementing systems to streamline daily tasks • Creating workflows to reduce repetitive tasks and enhance team communication. Tools You Should Be Comfortable With: • Airbnb, Booking.com dashboards + UPLISTING, we switched from Guesty, Furnished Finder You should: • Have experience managing short-term rentals or vacation properties • Understand guest experience and hospitality at a high level • Have a systems-thinking brain - always asking, “Can this be automated or is there a BETTER solution for this?” • Love checklists, templates, and creating processes to optimize guest experience ✅ Requirements: • Fluent English communication (written + spoken) • Available all hours to tend to guest question with check in or other troubles. With responsiveness during U.S. guest checkin and check out hours (sometimes guest check in the evening - must be available to answer questions promptly) • Proven experience in Airbnb hosting VA • A proactive mindset. I don’t want to micromanage. I want to partner. About Me: I’m a business owner with multiple properties and multiple businesses. I need help managing the properties and the airbnb business with virtual support to assist and communicate with property manager who is available for onsite implementation. I value clear communication, thoughtful systems, and people who take pride in their work. You will be management admin who helps ensure any tasks and communication between guests and property manager, DQ, get completed in a timely manner and do not slip through the cracks. I want to spend less of my time and energy being the middle man between airbnb and DQ. I need you to be in charge of the communication to ensure everything gets followed up or task done and guests stay happy. I need listings for openings in bookings advertised on furnished finder and any time there is a 30 day or mid term booking we need contracts, background checks etc handled. This job is not a lot of hours. we have 4 listings - 2 are short term nightly rentals and 2 or 3 are mid term rentals. I need on going support but it is not a lot of hours per week. I want to hire a long term partner to manage this communication and this side of the business. Apply tot his job
