Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our marketing team remotely. This role will be client-facing, requiring exceptional communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based clients. Key Responsibilities: • Communicate regularly with clients primarily over email and skype to understand their needs, provide status updates, and ensure excellent customer service. • Train other virtual assistants in marketing as needed. • Manage social media accounts across major platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc. and review content/design on a consistent basis. • Work with content writers and edit copy for marketing collateral like web pages, emails, blog posts, case studies, etc. for proper grammar, tone, and style. • Review client website designs, ads, campaigns and other deliverables to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement. • Understand basic keyword research and analytics to optimize SEO efforts like site content, links, and meta descriptions. • Ability to track and report on key marketing metrics like leads, website traffic, social followers, ad spend ROI on a monthly basis through CRM and Google Analytics. • Troubleshoot any client issues and work with our internal team to resolve them promptly NOTICE: It is essential to attempt the pre-screeners provided during the application process.
