Virtual Assistant Needed - Business & Personal Tasks
Looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help keep my business and personal life organized. You’ll handle scheduling, admin tasks, light project coordination, website QC, research, and occasional calls for my lighting and landscaping services. Also assist with tasks with our advertising agency. This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and can anticipate needs without constant direction. Responsibilities Scheduling & Communication Manage calendar, appointments, reminders, and follow-ups Schedule client calls and service appointments (including lighting/landscaping jobs) Make occasional outbound calls for confirmations or vendor coordination Filter, organize, and respond to emails; create canned replies Admin & Project Support Track deadlines, deliverables, and revisions Maintain organized project files and task lists Assist with licenses, permits, registrations, and simple legal paperwork Handle customer inquiries and send invoices / follow up on payments Basic finance tracking: expenses, receipts, subscriptions Website & Content QC Review websites for typos, broken links, or functionality issues Spot-check online orders, service bookings, and product listings Social Media & Research Schedule posts and manage DMs/comments Research trends, competitors, leads, vendors, and tools Personal & Life Admin Book and reschedule personal appointments Manage travel planning, errands, and online orders Organize digital files (Google Drive, Dropbox, Notion) Who You Are Highly organized with strong attention to detail Tech-savvy with scheduling tools, Google Suite, social media, and e-commerce Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive Experience in admin or virtual assistance is a plus To Apply Send a short intro about yourself, your experience, and your availability.
