Virtual Customer Service Assistant (Long Term Potential)
We are a B2C ecommerce company located in Atlanta GA (EST). We specialize in DIY home improvement products for a home's fireplace. We are seeking a dedicated virtual assistant to help manage our customer service more effectively. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Gmail and Ring Central and can respond to inbound emails, voicemails, and SMS's, ensuring prompt and professional responses to our clients. Job requirements: - Your English and grammar must be fluent. - Written communication skills must be excellent. - Hours will be between 9am and 6pm EST. - You must have experience supporting a technical product.
