As a Virtual Data Capture Clerk, you will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and contributing to the smooth flow of information across departments, all while working remotely in a flexible and collaborative environment. Key Objectives • Accurately capture and input data from multiple sources into designated databases and systems. • Maintain data quality by verifying and validating information before entry. • Support the team by managing data-related tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities • Review and interpret source documents to ensure accurate data capture. • Enter data into company databases with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Perform regular data quality checks and resolve discrepancies as needed. • Collaborate with team members to clarify data requirements and correct errors. • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive information. • Manage multiple data entry tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines. • Report progress and any issues to supervisors in a timely manner. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management or related field is a plus. • Proven experience in data entry, data capture, or a similar administrative role. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a virtual environment. • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work.
