Key Responsibilities: • Review resumes and applications for roles like bilingual sales/front desk, lash artists, estheticians, and support staff. • Conduct initial video interviews (via Zoom) to evaluate candidates' skills, personality, and alignment with our premium, client-focused culture. • Perform reference checks and any basic verifications needed. • Manage smooth onboarding: Prepare offer letters, handle new hire paperwork digitally, and guide new team members through orientation and training setup. • Provide clear recommendations and shortlists so Melissa (owner/CEO) can make final decisions quickly. What We're Looking For: • Solid experience in recruiting, HR, or virtual assisting—especially screening and interviewing for beauty, sales, or service-based roles. • Excellent communication and people skills: Warm, professional, and able to spot talent that matches our empowering, detail-oriented vibe. • Tech-savvy with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, booking systems (e.g., Mangomint), and basic ATS or spreadsheets. • Independent and organized—perfect for part-time remote work (10-20 hours/week to start, flexible around your schedule). • Bonus: Bilingual in English/Spanish (a big plus since many of our clients and team are bilingual in Laredo!), and experience sourcing from platforms like Upwork, Indeed, or local beauty networks.
