Position: VP of Sales QuickTeam is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new opportunities for business expansion. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Identify potential clients and proactively generate leads through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing timely solutions. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of QuickTeam 's services. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and customer support, to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and maintain high client retention rates. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. Prepare sales reports and provide accurate sales forecasts to upper management. Participate in sales meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to expand professional networks and promote QuickTeam 's services. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and drive for results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and market dynamics. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
