Overview Three Sixteen Publishing, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and hard-working Warehouse & Operations personnel to join our growing and fast-paced company in Orange County, CA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, demonstrates strong operational management skills, and has the leadership ability to oversee daily warehouse activities while keeping things running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping transactions Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to company standards Manage daily sales order processing and fulfillment, including direct-to-consumer and key account shipments Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations (on-site and off-site) Coordinate and enter purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices into the accounting system Obtain, negotiate, and manage freight quotes with carriers and freight forwarders Arrange and track freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency Implement and enforce warehouse organization and safety standards Experience Bachelor’s Degree, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience 3+ years of warehouse and operations experience, including team leadership/supervisory responsibilities Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control practices Knowledge of the freight and logistics industry (LTL, FTL, international shipments) is a plus Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace (advanced spreadsheet skills a plus) Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; must be detail-oriented and accurate Ability to multitask, prioritize, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a professional and collaborative approach Self-starter who demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and resilience Strong work ethic with reliability, punctuality, and commitment to continuous improvement Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and overtime when required to meet deadlines or special projects Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Language: Ability to Commute: Irvine, CA 92614 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Irvine, CA 92614: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
