Warehouse Equipment Operator
Position Overview At Frito‑Lay, the Warehouse Equipment Operator plays a key role in our warehouse logistics. This entry‑level role involves operating forklifts to move products, manage shipments, and support inventory operations. Starting in this position opens the door to future advancement within Frito‑Lay and the broader PepsiCo family. The facility operates 24/7, requiring flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical labor in varying conditions. Key Responsibilities Operate forklifts safely following company-provided training and certification Load and unload pallets from trailers efficiently and with care Store materials properly in multi‑level warehouse storage systems Use handheld scanners and digital inventory tools to manage product movement Select and prepare product orders accurately using designated warehouse systems Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping floors, taking out trash, and cleaning trailers to maintain warehouse standards Required Qualifications Minimum age of 18 years Ability to repeatedly lift between 15 and 50 pounds with or without accommodation Comfortable with long periods of physical activity including walking, bending, climbing, and kneeling Physically capable of repetitive tasks involving pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying Willing to work in varying warehouse conditions including wet floors and changing temperature or noise levels Compensation & Benefits Part‑time role with competitive pay No experience needed—with paid training and certification provided Potential for career growth within both Frito‑Lay and PepsiCo
