We are seeking a motivated and skilled Web & Mobile Developer to join our Technology department. The Web and Mobile Developer will work proactively across multiple departments including Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership to help design, develop, and improve web and mobile applications which support our business. This position will also offer the unique task of helping to identify opportunities to modernize and streamline how our teams work through new app solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end development, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating high-quality user experiences. The Web & Mobile Developer will report to the Head of Technology. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with team projects, including our English & Spanish digital experiences, e-commerce and customer journeys, affiliate and partner tracking, internal/external web portals, and content delivery systems • Integration with REST/SOAP and other APIs, especially ERP/CRM Integrations • Design and maintain documentation processes and procedures • Complete all assigned projects and tasks in a timely manner QUALIFICATIONS: • Expertise in the following technologies: JavaScript, CSS, PHP, HTML5, NextJS/React, Django, Pydantic, Tailwind, Redis, PostgreSQL, Git, Github, BunJS, NodeJS, pip, uv, React Native/Expo • Front-end development, CSS, SEO and Google analytics experience preferred • Experience with Railway, AQS/S3, and Vercel • Experience with OWASP, HTTPS/TLS, CSP, CORS • Experience creating cross platform mobile applications • WebGL and GIT experience • Event-driven architecture, Service-oriented architecture and A11y Accessibility Standards • Experience using NetSuite • Backend development experience is a plus • Code practices recommended (DRY, SOLID, TDD) • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required EDUCATION: • Bachelors or master’s degree in Computer Science or Mathematics preferred REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: • 1-3 years of Web/App Development • 1 year of UX experience BENEFITS: • Paid training • Health insurance, dental, and vision • Life insurance • 401k (matching) • Paid holidays • Paid time off (up to 5 weeks) • Short term and long-term disability • Employee referral bonus • Parenting time • Ramsey SmartDollar • ADP LifeMart & LifeCare Full-time; 8am-5pm Mon-Fri; Occasional weekend availability Location: Hybrid / Remote (Must be located in U.S. Eastern Time Zone) Salary: Starting at $95,000/yr.
